JULIE RYAN is a Milton resident in her 11th year as the Head Field Hockey Coach at Babson College. In her first decade at Babson she has won 2 conference Championships, 5 NEWMAC Regular season titles. In 2016, she helped Babson to a 21-3 record and the school's first-ever women's team to reach the NCAA Division III Final Four. Ryan has been a key developer and the founder of Milton Youth Field Hockey. She has taken her years of playing experience, as a Division I All-American at Quinnipiac, and coaching experience, as a 4-time NEWMAC Coach of the Year selection & 2 time New England East Regional Coach of the Year selection,  back to the town of Milton to help teach the game she loves. Her goal is to give all of the youth girls (& boys) of Milton the opportunity to learn field hockey.  Ryan has been running clinics over the past 6 years throughout the town, as well as a Revolution Field Hockey Camp at Milton High School. Ryan has increased the numbers from 12 kids to over 90 in the first 3 years. Along with her experienced staff below, she has current college players, and outstanding role models, at each session.

BRITNEY CARR has been a great supporter in assisting Ryan to start the Milton Youth Field Hockey Program. Also a Milton resident, she is currently the Head Field Hockey & Assistant Athletic Director at Milton Academy. Carr had an outstanding playing career at Bowdoin College. She has also worked a number of camps throughout the summer and is consistently helping with all of the Milton Youth Field Hockey events.

Carolyn Cahill

CAROLYN CAHILL has been a key contributor to the Milton Youth Field Hockey effort. Cahill is a long-time Milton resident and a real estate agent at the prestigious William Raveis Real Estate Milton. She has gone above and beyond by purchasing and donating sticks to be used at the Milton Youth Field Hockey programs. Her donations have allowed so many kids to try the sport without the obligation of purchasing all of the equipment up front. Cahill was very involved during the first-ever MYFH fall programming in 2012. Cahill was a three-time All-American goalkeeper for Bentley before she continued her collegiate coaching career. She is currently in her 13th season as an assistant coach at Boston College.

KATIE WEBER has been a part of Milton Youth Field Hockey from the beginning. She played college field hockey at Bridgewater State College where she was an outstanding goalkeeper. She currently coaches at Tufts University, the Division III National Runner up and is the assistant Director for a number of Revolution Field Hockey camps throughout New England. She also works for Cranbarry, and can help players with any equipment needs they might have. Weber has a huge following with the MYFH players and has done an outstanding job for this program.

Additional staff members include current Babson Field Hockey players, local former collegiate players & local high school coaches. Anyone interested in getting involved should contact owner, Julie Ryan.
