MEET THE STAFF

Head Coach, Babson College. Julie Ryan was a hall of fame student-athlete at Quinnipiac University & has been in college athletics for 21 years at Yale, BC, Springfield and at Babson College for the last 17 years.  She is an 8-time NEWMAC Coach of the Year & 3 time Regional Coach of the year, taking her team to the NCAA Final 4 and making 3 Elite 8 appearances. She started MYFH in her town of Milton in 2012.

Assistant Coach, Tufts University. Katie Weber(called Weber by most!) is currently in her 8th year as the GK Coach at Tufts. She also spent time after time at Lasell College and her alma mater, Bridgewater State University. She had an outstanding career in net at BSU. Weber is also a Arlington Firefighter & has been part of MYFH since 2012. 

Assistant Coach, Boston University. Tori is in her third season at BU as an assistant. She also coached at Tufts University. She enjoyed an outstanding career as a captain & excellent goal scorer at Babson College where she helped the team to their first ever NCAA Final Four. 

Head Coach, Milton Academy. Britney has been at the helm at MA for over a decade. She also serves as an Associate Athletic Director. She enjoyed an outstanding playing career at Bowdoin College. 

 Former GK Coach, Boston College. After 18 years as a field hockey goalkeeper coach, including 14 at Boston College, as well as Yale & Merrimack, Carolyn left the collegiate game as one of the most respected goalkeeping experts in the country. She is currently a top performer for Milton's William Raveis Real Estate. She continues to give back to our program through stick donations & sponsorships as well as coaching her nieces in the program!

 We are so fortunate to have so many current college players that have supported the program as coaches. They truly love giving back to the sport in a meaningful way & are outstanding role models.
